How we source listing data

This platform is built to plug into whatever official data source is legally and technically available — REALTOR.ca / MLS® data where a licensing agreement permits it, our own exclusive listings, and other permitted feeds or partner data providers. We don't scrape listing sites. Pre-construction project details are researched by an internal assistant, but nothing publishes without a member of our team verifying it first — pricing and availability on new developments change too often to publish automatically.

We only contact you the ways you've agreed to, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and PIPEDA. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, at any time — just reply to any message or reach out via the contact page.
